Naked is about peeling away unnecessary layers to get to the real root of a client’s business challenge. Our strategic approach to solving problems is based on going deeper to get to answers faster. We ask the right questions. We don’t make assumptions. We leave agendas at the door. The result is a transparency and honesty our clients find effective and liberating.

And yes, we wear clothes. We’re not that confident.

What’s Underneath Naked?

Naked was born in 1999 as a much-needed alternative to the bloated big agency business culture. We wanted to strip back unwieldy and unnecessary practices and processes that killed creative thinking instead of nurturing it. We wanted to foster a culture that let people think like entrepreneurs and inventors, not accountants and regional managers. So we kept peeling away the expected and unproductive agency b.s., liberating us to think more freely, solve our clients’ problems more intuitively and reveal the heart of Naked’s approach to everything we do: curiosity.

‘A Culture of Curiosity’

This is our operating philosophy and ethos. Curiosity underpins how we think and approach tasks. It helps us find unique and creative ways to solve business problems by asking different and unexpected questions. We probe beyond the obvious and challenge ourselves and our clients with “So what? Who cares?”, "How come..?", "Why not..?" and “But what if..?” That’s how you get to ideas with impact.

We’re a tight knit group that (surprise surprise!!!) actually enjoys each other’s company. We get together as often as we can for cooking, trivia nights, trash talking, baseball games, long walks on the beach, and cold, cold bevies at the (near) end of the work week.

At Naked, we’re faaaar from all work and no play.
